Vouchers can be redeemed at any bus stop - either with the bus driver or sales staff or at the Visitor Center located at 17-19 Cockspur Street, Trafalgar Square, SWIY 5BL.

Note:
When redeeming your voucher on board the bus, you will receive a ticket for the river cruise. The ticket is valid the same period as the bus ticket and you can use it once anytime during this period.

Walking Tours:
Changing of the Guard Walk
-- Departs daily at 10:00 from The Original London Visitor Centre, Trafalgar Square.
* Important Information:
On non-guard change days, walks will go to Buckingham Palace and St James’s Palace where you can take photos of sentry boxes, Then you will make your way to Horseguards Parade for the changing of the Horseguard.
*Please note that the guard change does not take place if it is raining.
Rock 'n' Roll Walk
-- Departs daily at 13:00 from the Original London Visitor Centre, Trafalgar Square.
Jack the Ripper Walk
-- Departs daily at 16:00 from The Original Tour stop at the Tower of London on Tower Hill.
*Please note that the Jack the Ripper walk will finish at Aldgate East tube station.

Ticket validity is for consecutive hours from first use. A 24-hour ticket is valid from the time redeemed until the same time the following day. The same principle applies for a 48-hour (or more) ticket.
Buses are available at any time during the 24 or 48 hours reserved.
Multilingual recorded commentary available on the red and blue routes in 11 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic and Brazilian Portuguese.

All walking tours take approximately 90 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Are my tickets valid for 24 Hours?
YES - standard tickets are valid for 24 hours. 24 hours begins when you first board the tour. If you board the tour at 11am Monday, tickets will then be valid until 11am Tuesday.
Will children enjoy the London Hop On Hop Off: Original Sightseeing Tour?
Yes. You can relax and enjoy the tour listening to an adult commentary whilst your children are entertained and informed by the highly acclaimed "Kids' Club" commentary and their free London activity packs. The Original London Hop-on Hop-off Tour is the only tour operator to offer commentaries specially designed for children. Is my ticket valid on all tour routes aboard the London Hop On Hop Off Bus?
Yes. You are free to travel on all of our tour routes with the same ticket. Chose from three tour routes.
Can I hop-on and hop-off the bus in London?
Yes. Your tour tickets are completely unrestricted. You can travel on any of the famous London open top hop-on hop-off tour buses. Each route makes frequent stops - simply hop-off at any of our 80+ bus stops, then hop back on at the bus stop of your choice.
Are there different languages available on the London Hop On Hop Off: Original Sightseeing Tour?
Yes. Yellow Route provides live commentary in English. Blue and Red Routes provide recorded commentary in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian Japanese, Portuguese and Mandarin. There's a Kids Club Channel on our Red Route & Blue Route. The London walking tours are in English only. Your ticket is valid across all routes.
Will I recognise the hop-on hop-off buses?
Yes. All buses are clearly branded with either 'The Original Tour' or 'City Sightseeing' logos. You'll see some images of the tour buses when you purchased the tour. The red double-decker buses all have The Original Tour logo on them. Your ticket is valid for all these buses, as well as those that have City Sightseeing branding.
Will I see all the major sights of London with this hop-on hop-off bus tour?
Yes. Tour routes are the most comprehensive way to see the best that London has to offer including the spectacular panoramic views from seven River Thames bridges, Tower of London, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, St Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Madame Tussauds, London Bridge and much more.
Does my ticket include a Thames River Cruise?
Yes. A fantastic river cruise pass is included completely FREE with your hop-on hop-off bus tour ticket. The river cruise staff will collect / tear off the river cruise portion of your ticket, the first time you board the boat. To use the river cruise more than once simply show your valid Original Tour bus ticket.
Can we do the hop-on hop-off bus tour, London walking tours and Thames river cruise all within the same 24-hour period?
Yes, with the standard 24-hour ticket.
Does the London Hop On Hop Off: Original Sightseeing Tour run a year-round service?
Yes, except Christmas Day. London hop-on hop-off tours run 7 days a week with departures from 8.30am until 5.20pm (or later in the summer months).
Will I recognise The Original Tour bus stops?
Yes. Look out for 'The Original Tour' marked on our own bus stops or regular London bus stops.
Are your hop-on hop-off buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The majority of the buses are wheelchair accessible. One 'reference wheelchair' (maximum dimensions 3'11” (L) X 2'4" (W) X 4'5"(H)) may be carried in the designated space, facing forwards, using the wheel clamps fitted. On other buses or if the space is unavoidably occupied the carriage of unfolded wheelchairs is not permitted. Folded wheelchairs may be carried, where space permits, in appropriate stowage areas. Although it is not necessary, it is recommended that customers who require wheelchair access should go to either Victoria (Grosvenor Gardens) or Piccadilly Circus (Coventry Street) start points as a member of the on-street management team will be on hand to assist with information on the next available bus.
Can you direct me to your bus stop from the major London airports ?
Yes. From Heathrow Airport you could get the Piccadilly Line on the underground to Piccadilly Circus (Main Departure Point) or get the Heathrow Express into Paddington Station, from which you would need to take the Bakerloo Line to Baker Street where we have a stop.
From Gatwick Airport, you may catch the Gatwick Express into Victoria train station which is near our Victoria (Grosvenor Gardens) main departure point.
From Stansted Airport, you can get the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street Station where the nearest departure point would be a 15 minute walk to our Tower Hill stop.
